Biography:
Dr. Martin Perlmutter has been in Ophthalmology private practice for the past 20 years. He is a Clinical Instructor of Ophthalmology at Vanderbilt University Medical Center School of Medicine. He is also a Voluntary Assistant Clinical Professor
of Ophthalmology at the Bascom Palmer Eye Institute, Miami, Florida

Dr. Perlmutter received his undergraduate degree from Syracuse University. He received his MD degree from Wake Forest University’s Bowman Gray School of Medicine. His residency in Ophthalmology was taken and completed at North Carolina Baptist Hospital in Winston-Salem, NC. His practice involves Cataract Surgery as well as LASIK Refractive surgery and treatments of eye diseases.
